Block Play
Block Play is a valued activity at the Pierce County Library. We partner with Head Start and ECEAP classrooms and also hold block parties for everyone.
Giant Jenga
Kids (and grown-ups) work on their gross motor skills as they build a giant tumble tower.
KaBOOM! Imagination Playground ™
The Pierce County Library System won an Imagination Playground ™ giant block set from KaBOOM!. It travels to library branches for special programs. These oversize blocks add large motor development to the learning that occurs during building and play.
